FNS212 — Funeral Service Law
This course focuses on the duties, rights, responsibilities, and liabilities of the funeral director and embalmer. It teaches building and zoning ordinances relating to the funeral establishment, tort liability, cemetery law, wills, and the administration of estates; also includes the study of federal and state laws as they pertain to funeral services. Fulfills open elective.
