HRT109 — Micropropagation Through Tissue Culture

This course introduces aseptic techniques that can be applied to carriers in tissue culture and micropropagation. Throughout the course, students will study and practice procedures to ensure a sterile plant can be propagated to production. Students will produce best management practices during lab activities to prepare media formulations for advanced growth. This course meets for two hours of lecture and two hours for labs.
