MAT061 — Algebra 1
Provides students with the opportunity to develop the mathematical concepts and skills that prepare students for college level mathematics in the STEM/Business pathways. Algebra topics such as solving equations, graphing linear equations in two variables, solving systems of equations and operations on polynomials are covered. Technology and real-life applications are integrated throughout the course. Successful completion of this course with a grade of C or better confers mathematics proficiency.
