OFT134 — ICD Coding
This course is an introduction to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) data set used for reporting diagnoses and procedures. Emphasis will be placed on adherence to coding guidelines and current regulations to accurately assign and sequence diagnosis and procedure codes.
