Student Financial Services Policies Payment Due Dates and Late Payment Fees Failure to pay a student account balance in full on or before the semester tuition and fee payment due date (which is always prior to the start of each semester) may result in cancellation of a student’s class schedule. The College reserves the right to charge a $50.00 late fee to any past due account balances. Students participating in the College’s Monthly Payment Plan may also be subject to a per payment late fee if they do not make their monthly payments on the agreed upon dates.
