ART2410 — Ceramics I

Add to Personal Catalog Students acquire beginning skills in hand building, glazing, and firing processes in ceramic arts. Emphasis is placed on hand building construction methods: pinch, coil, slab, 3D design elements decorating techniques, firing styles, and examination of historical and contemporary ceramic sculpture. (2 hrs lec, 4 hrs lab)
