CHEM2420 — Organic Chemistry I

Add to Personal Catalog The first semester of a continuing course studying aliphatic compounds of carbon. Includes nomenclature, structure, preparation, reactions, reaction mechanisms, and stereo chemistry. Introduces nuclear magnetic resonance, ultraviolet, infrared, and mass spectral analysis of organic compounds. (3 hrs lec, 3 hrs lab)
