Add to Personal Catalog This course covers the legal framework of environmental protection and natural resource management law as they have evolved in the United States. Administrative law, judicial review, and the public trust doctrine are foundational legal concepts of federal environmental and natural resource policy and law. Topics include laws associated with environmental impact assessment, air and water pollution control, water resources, wetlands, fish and wildlife, endangered species, and federal land management policies.
