NRST1510 — Nurse Assistant

Add to Personal Catalog Students acquire the basic theory, principles, and skills necessary to provide basic patient care as a CNA in the health care setting to meet the physical, psychosocial, mental, spiritual, and cultural needs of the client/resident. Students also learn the State and Federal laws as well as the policies and procedures of the institution governing the practice of the nursing assistant. (3 hrs lec, 3 hrs lab/clinical)
