Add to Personal Catalog A course designed to teach river-running enthusiasts, Search and Rescue team members, and Emergency Responders skills related to safe travel and rescue in swift and moving water. Course content includes rope-rigging systems, rescuer/victim psychology and physiology, boat handling, patient trauma treatment, and swimming techniques. Successful completion of the course will result in Swift Water Rescue Technician I Certification. (1.5 hrs lec 3 hrs lab)
