PSYC2210 — Drugs and Behavior

Add to Personal Catalog This course will provide a sound introduction to drugs which affect behavior, emphasizing drugs with abuse potential. This includes an introduction to pharmacology, the physiology of the brain, and the mechanisms of drug action. This course will also cover behavioral, social, historical, legal, clinical and medical aspects of each major class of psychoactive drugs. Prerequisite: PSYC 1000 (3hrs lec)
