STAT2070 — Intro to Statistics for Social Science Majors

Add to Personal Catalog Presents central ideas of descriptive statistics and statistical inference, as applied to questions in social sciences. Includes graphs, averages, sampling, estimation, hypothesis-testing and relationships between variables. Introduces associated computer skills in weekly labs. (3 hrs lec, 2 hrs lab)

Prerequisites: MATH1400, MATH1050, MATH1450
