EMT - Firefighter Technical Diploma | Northcentral Technical College The EMT-Firefighter Embedded Technical Diploma program is designed for a person seeking a position in a local fire department, hospital emergency department, or ambulance service. Learners will focus on developing skills and knowledge necessary to assess and provide basic emergency care for those experiencing life-threatening injury or illness, and transport from the scene to medical facilities.
