IT - Computer Support Technician Technical Diploma | Northcentral Technical College The IT- Computer Support Technician Technical Diploma program prepares learners for an entry-level technical support role. Learners will be qualified to assist users, troubleshoot software and hardware problems and document solutions. Courses will facilitate a high level of understanding of the vital communications skills necessary for conflict management and effective user training as well as provide learners with strong technical foundations. Graduates will be qualified to sit for the HDI Customer Support Representative (HDI-CSR) and HDI-Desktop Support Technician (HDI-DST) and the CompTIA A+ Certifications.
