Cosmetology OFTC’s Cosmetology program prepares students for careers related to skin, hair, and nails. This program emphasizes the theory and practical aspects of operating an efficient and effective beauty salon. Upon graduation students are eligible to sit for State of Georgia cosmetology licensure.
