ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY TECHNICIAN prepares students for the front line of implementing policy and equipment that contribute towards general environmental quality. Using existing organizational policy, students better learn and understand how compliance, policy, and management are used to provide a safe and healthy workplace. Students learn to understand and keep up natural, physical, and biological sciences, students better understand the interrelated nature of environmental and social systems. This program is designed to equip students with the skills and tools to successfully use the scientific method while studying and solving environmental problems.
