CS 2183 - Linux CS 2183 - Linux 3 Credit Hours Course Description: Students will learn the development of LINUX, basic LINUX operating system concepts, comparisons of LINUX to MS Windows, frequently used LINUX programs and utilities (including shells, editors, and tools), X window GUI and applications, LINUX and the internet, setting up Apache web server software, and basic HTML. This course satisfies the computer proficiency requirement.
