HIST 2133 - Survey of Women’s History HIST 2133 - Survey of Women’s History 3 Credit Hours Course Description: This course explores some of the most significant events in U.S. women’s history from the pre-colonial period to the present, focusing on how women’s roles, status, and legal rights evolved due to social and economic change and as a result of the activism of reformers. Prerequisites: ENGL 0203, adequate placement score, or by meeting determined placement measures, HIST 1483 OR HIST 1493 3
