MGMT 2423 - Leadership MGMT 2423 - Leadership 3 Credit Hours Course Description: This course is designed to introduce students to the process of effective leadership. The student will study various leadership styles and theories and demonstrate acquired knowledge and skills through the use of various techniques, such as role playing, and the analysis of case studies. Criteria for evaluation is in division office.
