OTA 2033 - Fundamentals of Pediatric Intervention OTA 2033 - Fundamentals of Pediatric Intervention 3 Credit Hours Course Description: Through study, discussion, and classroom/laboratory activities the student will demonstrate knowledge in using various assessment tools and evaluations to develop appropriate OT intervention plans for the pediatric population whose occupational performance is impacted by various physical and cognitive conditions. The student will identify and navigate several types of medical and institutional records, demonstrate skills in data gathering, and reporting, and demonstrate proper documentation utilizing verbal and written reports. OTA 2133 includes theory, campus laboratory, and experiential learning. Online learning experiences are an integrated component of the course Prerequisites: OTA 1233
