Credits: This is the second design studio for Architectural design. Students are expected to apply knowledge of design concepts and design process to “real-life” design problems. Programming, aesthetics of interior spaces, context, fenestration, materials, furniture, structure, and design development will be explored. Experimentation with space, form, light, and proportion will be stressed. Significant trends in architectural design, as practiced by recent leading designers, will be discussed.
