CIS190 — Tech Support Fundamentals

Credits: This course provides students with an overview of the tech support fundamentals necessary to becoming an entry-level IT technician. Topics include basic hardware components, configurations, operating system and software installations, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, safety concerns, and customer service issues.
