CMG210 — Construction Scheduling & Planning
Credits: This course introduces students to the concepts of construction planning and scheduling. Topics include identification of construction activities and performance duration analysis. Students will develop and update schedules, resource planning, and cost planning. Schedule development will include Gantt, Linear, PERT, CPM, and precedence diagrams in both manual and industry standard software.
