Credits: Deals with the effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and apparatus. Emphasis will be placed on fire-planning, fire ground organization, large fire tactical problems, command functions, utilization of staff personnel, communications procedures, water supply problems, and strategic considerations of community protection during large fires or major emergencies.
