PSY214 — Educational Psychology

Credits: An investigation into the ways in which psychological knowledge can be applied to the processes of bringing about changes in behavior, i.e., teaching and learning. The educational implications of psychological theory and research will be applied to such areas as the processes involved in learning, remembering, thinking, solving problems, motivation, and creativity. In considering these areas the focus will be on understanding learning, and the differentiation among learners and learning environments, so that appropriate strategies may be created to enable students to better define themselves as learners.
