PES 172 - Body Shaping PES 172 - Body Shaping Credits/Units: .5 cr. This course is designed to involve students in a low impact aerobic activity program that is structured to increase cardiovascular fitness, build muscular strength and endurance. This is an overall body sculpting class that will be using free weights and resistance tubing. Some cardio classes may be introduced such as walking and basic stepping. Note: (1/2 semester each)
