PES 300 - Weight Train PES 300 - Weight Train Credits/Units: .5 cr. The purpose of this course is to provide students with a basic knowledge of strength training with application to muscle strength, muscular endurance and body composition. This course introduces scientific theory of resistance training in combination with engagement of multiple muscle group activities with respect to safety and effectiveness.
