PES 301 - Circuit Train PES 301 - Circuit Train Credits/Units: .5 cr. This activity course is designed to increase flexibility, muscular strength/endurance, and cardiovascular fitness through the practical application of circuit training. This is a beginning level course that emphasizes fitness, proper lifting technique, safety and correct identity of exercises and muscle groups that improves strength and appearance with the use of weight training machines, rope jumping, walking, jogging, circuit training, isotonic and isometric exercises. Emphasis is on fitness and proper conditioning techniques. Note: (1/2 semester each)
