PES 304 - Boot Camp PES 304 - Boot Camp Credits/Units: .5 cr. Boot Camp is designed to resemble a military boot camp in that participants are encouraged to push themselves harder than they normally would if working out alone in a gym. This course combines cardiorespiratory, strength, flexibility and core training into a back-to-basics approach to fitness. Body weight exercises, like sit ups, pushups, leg and abdominal strengthening, will be combined with cardiorespiratory Note: (1/2 semester each)
