Degree

The Addictive Disorders Studies in the Criminal Justice System Associate in Science degree prepares students to enter the field of treatment providers to incarcerated clients in county, state, and federal correctional programs and those recently released from such institutions. Emphasis will be given to the special knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for those who work in the criminal justice system or other related human services. Students with this degree will also be trained to work in the adolescent and adult drug court systems, pre-release and after-care programs, and intensive probation models.
