ENRG2995 — Industrial Troubleshooting
2 hr(s). This course involves completing troubleshooting projects present in many process industry topics. Projects are designed to focus on specific topics in process technology with a heavy emphasis on automatic controls or adaptive procedures. Possible troubleshooting project topics include Electro-Fluid Controls, Motor Controls, Print/Procedure Writing, Analysis of Instrument Data, Electronic Circuits, Robotics, and more. As a capstone style course, this course also aims to prepare students for employment in the process industry by discussing local industries, common employment responsibilities, crafting resumes, and participating in interviews. Prerequisite(s): ENRG 1010 , ENRG 1030 , ENRG 1041 , and INST 1060 Restriction(s): Applied Process Technology Major
