VETT2212 — Large Animal Medicine

3 hr(s). This course will introduce students to diseases, clinical procedures, husbandry, examination, vaccination protocols, breeding, and nutrition of farm animals. The common domestic breeds of cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, and goats will be studied. 3 hours of lecture per week. Successful completion of this course with a “C” or better is required for graduation. Prerequisite(s): VETT 2212L concurrently Restriction(s): Veterinary Technology majors only
