VETT2212L — Large Animal Medicine Lab

1 hr(s). This course will introduce students to clinical techniques and procedures in farm animals. Students will perform techniques on large animals and will complete a required skill set. Students will practice safe restraint methods and medication techniques. The study of large animal breeds, radiology, parasitology, and anatomy will also be reviewed. Off campus facilities will be used for several labs and will involve live animals. Prerequisite(s): VETT 2212 concurrently Restriction(s): Veterinary Technology majors only
