Overview and application of psychological principles relevant to the nature of happiness and psychological well- being as opposed to dysfunction and symptoms of mental disorders. Includes research methods, authenticity, happiness, mindfulness, positive interventions, emotional intelligence, character strengths, creativity, and core values and virtues.
