Students will learn organizational marketing activities including consumer behavior, marketing research, social/cultural perspectives, legal and ethical issues, and environmental influences. The course will also cover implementation, control, marketing’s link with other functional areas, and the challenges and opportunities that exist for marketers. Students will learn about motivation, leadership, organizational structure, team dynamics, decision-making, ethics, social responsibility, and global competition. Students will be introduced to college and community resources and tools for academic success, including skills in stress management, financial literacy, critical thinking and creative problem solving.
