BLD-2310 — NCCER Carpentry Level 1
This course provides the first level of training of the National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) curriculum in carpentry. Students gain an understanding of the carpentry profession and the role of a carpenter in construction. They learn how to interpret drawings and to use tools, adhesives and fasteners specific to the trade. They acquire the skills and knowledge required to assemble doors, windows, floor, wall, roof, ceiling and stair systems. Successful completion of the course earns students the NCCER Carpentry Level 1 credential.
