BMT-2220 — Business Law I

This course is a survey of the principles and theory of American law, as applied in the business environment. Students apply business law to business concepts, principles and practices, and learn skills including case analysis and conflict resolution. Students explore topics including the sources of law, courts and alternative dispute resolution systems, tort law, business crimes and business ethics, contract law, and other related topics. Formerly: BUS-2220. Students may not receive credit for both BUS-2220 and BMT-2220. Course
