This course is an introduction to the concepts of data analysis with an emphasis on using data to drive decision-making in a business environment. It addresses data mining and manipulation, querying databases, descriptive and inferential statistics, data analytics tools and data visualization. Additionally, students learn important data management and quality control concepts. Successful completion of this course prepares students to take CompTIA’s vendor neutral Data+ exam. Students will have to study beyond this course to adequately prepare for CompTIA’s vendor neutral Data+ exam. Course
