A survey of the procedural rules and evidentiary principles that govern civil cases, from intake to final resolution. Students will follow case scenarios from beginning to end, and will draft complete sets of the legal documents associated with the case scenarios, as they progress through the federal and/or state litigation systems. 45 credits and 2.0 GPA (Capstone) Capstone Course: This is the culminating experience for the associate degree in Paralegal Studies.
