PSY-2020 — Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Equivalent Hours 0 Provides an overview of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Sometimes called the “psychology of work,” it is an applied science that uses psychological theories, applications, and concepts to identify issues relevant to individual, group, and organizational issues. Those issues include, but are not limited to: job decisions, work motivation, work attitudes, leadership, and occupational health. The ultimate objective of this discipline is to maximize both employee well-being and organizational effectiveness.
