RAD-1410 — Radiographic Procedures I

Introduction to standard terminology and general and patient considerations from routine radiographic positioning and projections. Responsibilities of the radiographer for radiation protection of patients, personnel and the public are discussed. Emphasis is on radiographic procedures of the upper extremity and shoulder girdle, lower extremity, thorax and abdomen; incorporating related pathology and consideration of mobile, surgical, pediatric and geriatric patients.
