TED-2200 — Guiding Behavior in Educational Settings

In this course students learn about strategies for managing and guiding behaviors in children from birth to adolescence, and examine how these strategies relate to appropriate developmental and learning theories. Students also examine the role culture plays in behavior and managing behaviors. Additional topics include: long- and short-term goal planning, the use of play, and the physical environment.
