This course provides an introduction to social media and internet marketing. It is designed to cover an overview of the digital marketing-related concepts and provide students with an introduction to different marketing tools to be used such as email marketing, social media channels, mobile and various issues such as measuring marketing effectiveness, online privacy and security. Students will get an understanding how companies are utilizing digital marketing strategies to interact with customers and improve their engagement.
