AGSU 1013 — INTRODUCTION TO AGROECOLOGY

AND SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES This course provides an introduction to the principles, history, and practices associated with sustainability and agroecology. Students will be exposed to topics including sustainable agriculture principles and outlook, soil fertility, tillage/no -till, composting, cover crops, crop rotation, and vermiculture/composting.
