AGSU 2043 — GREENHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Prerequisite AGSU1013 Introduction to Agroecology and Sustainable Practices This course covers greenhouse facilities planning and equipment selection and operation, along with economic/business applications associated with greenhouse operations. Topics include types of greenhouses, location factors, materials, glazing selection, calculation of and provision of heating and cooling requirements, lighting, benches, and energy conservation. 3 hours lecture credit.
