SELECTION Prerequisite: Must be on the Livestock Judging Team to enroll in this course. This course covers the use of performance records, pedigree information and visual appraisal in the evaluation of cattle, swine, and sheep. Students have the opportunity to judge livestock classes and give oral reasons. (Spring, Fall)
