ANSI 2123 — LIVESTOCK FEEDING

This course covers the principles of animal nutrition with emphasis on nutrients and their functions for various classes of livestock feeding. Students are taught how to formulate rations for domestic livestock and to use the results of the rations to imp rove rate of gain and control production costs. (Spring)
