COM 2113 — AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE II
Prerequisite: COM 1213 American Sign Language I This course is a continuation of American Sign Language I, with an emphasis on acquiring greater elementary conversational skills through an increase of targeted grammar, syntax and vocabulary. Expanded emphasis is on expressive skills to begin the development of sign language fluency. Completion of COM 1213 American Sign Language I and COM 2113 American Sign Language II should prepare pre-education majors to meet the State foreign language requirement. 2 hours lecture credit, 1 hour lab credit.
