PHYS 1215 — PHYSICS II WITH LAB

Prerequisites: PHYS 1115 Physics with Lab This is a more detailed look into the experimental side of physics. The course includes an in -depth study of electricity, magnetism, light and modern physics. Experiments will emphasize electrical and magnetic phenomena, optical properties and certain modern physics phenomena. The lab requires a lab notebook be kept and a project be performed at the end of the semester. 3 hours lecture credit, 2 hours lab credit.
