Aquaculture Technology (CA)
The Aquaculture Technology Certificate of Achievement prepares individuals for careers in aquaculture and management of aquatic ecosystems by providing the training and experience required for immediate employment in the field. The certificate provides specialized coursework and hands-on experience in finfish and shellfish culture, production, and management. Certificate holders are prepared for employment opportunities in private aquaculture facilities, government hatcheries, and in entrepreneurial ventures focused on finfish and shellfish farming.
